ALMA is a classic small romantic house. It is designed to be an alternative for a 2- or 3- bedroom apartment for people who prefer a house instead of an apartment. Everything you need for comfortable living is placed onto a small area. The placement of windows provides an extra feel of openness. One of the main features of ALMA is a big glass wall in the living room with openable double doors in the bottom part. All windows are positioned to maximize the amount of natural light let into the room to give a more spacious feel. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are combined into one room to utilize the tight space better.
The hall and living room are basically one, but they’re separated with an H-shaped wall which can hold an integrated wardrobe or cupboard on the hall side and provide space for a shelf or a fireplace in the living room. Both sides of the H-shaped wall are kept open for a comfortable flow in the house.
