Prefabricated timber element houses are nature friendly, made out of ecological materials and prefabricated in controlled environment. They are long lasting, easy and quick to assemble and user friendly. They have good insulation capabilities, high quality and flexible finishing and construction possibilities.

Biggest advantage to build a house out of prefabricated timber elements is the fact it is time saving. In other common building solutions the builders start solving the puzzle on site and assembling the house piece by piece. In case of timber elements, the bigger parts of the puzzle are already put together in the factory and builders are only assembling the big picture on site. This applies to more demanding architectual projects too.

Timber element houses are made in the factory panel by panel. Materials for each panel are checked, cut and prepared precisely according to the material specification for that specific panel, so the worker can assemble the element in most sufficient and high quality way possible. All materials used to build the houses are certified.
Elements are produced under strict quality control in an environment closed to weather elements and on special assembly tables which ensure that all details in the element are put together precisely. After finishing, the elements are packed weatherproofly for storing and transportation. So the elements will arrive on site dry and safe.
Credo is that as much work as possible is done in the factory to minimize the amount of work on site.

During the time the elements are made in the factory, the foundation can be made simultaneously on the construction site and when the elements are ready, they can be assembled at once after they arrive.
Depending on the project size and complexity, the house is assembled to a weatherproof state within a few days.
This type of time effectivness is saving a lot on onsite costs like accomodation of the crew, scaffolding, assembly cost etc.

Prefabricated timber element houses have other advantages too.
They are very flexible in the meaning of the complementing materials you can use in and on the element. You can even combine materials if you like. You can have classic cladding together with plastering, brick siding or different type of cladding. You can also choose different types of insulation. The possibilities are quite frankly endless.

Timber elements insulation value is very good and comparable value is reached with much thinner walls than for example stone block wall. This means that you have bigger rooms and more space inside.

Living in the timber element home is good and warm. Thanks to its insulation capability your yearly heating costs are low. Timber element houses can reach to A and B enery classes with right wall thickness and appliances. Maintanace of the house during the years is quite minimal. Wall panels ventilation gaps have barriers for rodents and birds, so you don’t need to worry about somebody making a nest inside the wall. All modern appliances and technical solutions are applicable.
